What we offer

Awakening Integration offers somatic and energy healing sessions, mentorship, and ceremony — virtually across the United States and beyond, and in person in Orem, Utah. This is complementary wellness work oriented toward personal growth, nervous-system regulation, and integration.

This is not medical or mental health care

Somatic and energy work is not medicine, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment. Vanessa does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. This work complements professional care; it does not replace it. Booking, rescheduling, and payment

Sessions are scheduled through this site's calendar. Details for rescheduling or canceling are included with your booking confirmation; please give as much notice as you can so the time can serve someone else. Prices for paid offerings are as listed at the time of booking or purchase.

Limitation of liability
