This policy explains what information Awakening Integration LLC ("we," "us") collects through awakeningintegration.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language because that is how we work.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry or book a discovery call, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your message, your timezone, and your chosen appointment time.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) to run and secure the site. If we measure site traffic, we use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify you, follow you across the web, or require a consent banner. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and hold your appointment time.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders by email, and by text message when you provide a phone number.
- To prepare for and follow up on your sessions.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
We send marketing messages only if you explicitly opt in, and you can leave at any time — unsubscribe links in email, or reply STOP to text messages.
Where your information lives
Your details are stored in the systems we use to run this practice, each processing data on our behalf: our client management and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our website hosting (Vercel), our email (Google Workspace), and our network provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising.
Sensitive topics, held in confidence
Sessions and ceremonies can touch personal, emotional, and spiritual territory. What you share with Vanessa is held in confidence and used only to support your work together. Awakening Integration is a wellness practice, not a medical provider; session notes are not medical records, and this practice is not a HIPAA-covered entity.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are working together and for as long as reasonably needed afterward. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent to messages at any time.

This site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
