Imbolc marks the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It comes to us from our ancient Irish and Scottish ancestors, who honored the goddess Brigid, keeper of fire, fertility, and transformation.
She tends the eternal flame, and she asks us to keep our own inner fire kindled, to keep feeding our dreams even in the dark of the year.
